Dr. Wolf combines the skills of an Internal Auditor (SGS) and Lean Management Expert (Black Belt, Firebrand-Germany & Aveta Institute-USA) and pragmatically builds Teams which – based on methodologies such as e.g. Core Tools from the Automotive Industires, KANBAN, Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN/KVP, 5 S, Lean Six Sigma Project, Value Stream Mapping – are able to considerably cut down wastes, downtime and error-costs in operations. He served on Projects in TEXTILE, AUTOMOTIVE, MEDICAL DEVICES, LARGE FORMAT DIGITAL PRINTING & CONFECTION & MACHINE & EQUIPMENT BUILDING industries.

He further puts strong Focus on DIGITALIZATION in operations as he sees this as a pre-Requisite for any lean operation. His entire approach to any LEAN PROJECT is in-line with the up-to-date ISO 9001 Version and compliant with other normatives e.g. RISK MANAGEMENT and HSE.
